Are you going through a breakup? A job loss? Are you just feeling like you're stuck in a mundane life and don't know where to go from here? You can get back on your feet. Feel passionate about life again. I promise, you can. It's going to be hard though, and you're going to have to be patient with yourself.
It's time to start looking forward, no matter how much life sucks. We don't have to stay in this mindset and in this place. We deserve better than that!
How badly do you need to make an action plan?
Answering these questions should help shed some light:
Do you feel unmotivated to do your daily tasks?
Have you felt inspired to do something new in the last week?
Is every day as mundane as the last?
Are you able to still get excited about things?
Do you want to stop feeling this way?
What is making me feel this way?
There can be a great number of reasons that can make you feel this way.
The top reasons are:
- A recent rejection (at work, at home, in your relationship, etc.)
- Feeling stuck in the same routine (job, relationship, parenting, school)
- Lack of self confidence (not believing you can do/get the things you dream of)
- Living someone else's dream (being who you think others expect you to be)

Be sure to print and hang this somewhere that you will be reminded every day!
The Action Plan
Admit you need change:
I mean you're already here, so I'm pretty sure you've already admitting you want a change. The first step to any change is always admitting you need it.

Get Confident:
Seriously, you're going to need to do something about that confidence (or lack thereof) of yours. I know you're probably in a place of feeling worthless, guilty, full of shame, maybe a little bit undesirable. But you're not. You need to believe in yourself though so that others will. Have you ever seen that girl where you have no idea how she landed at hott stud like that? Confidence! Go watch some Gossip Girl if you want. Unleash the inner Blair Waldorf in you (her confidence, not her pettiness).
Brain Dump:
Have you ever done a brain dump before? It's so exhilarating. You will find that you have things in your mind that you didn't even know where in there weighing you down. Set a timer and just write. Don't worry if it makes sense or looks sloppy. You can go through it after you're done and try to decipher it. You need to just write everything that comes to mind. And I mean everything. After you're done, your mind will feel so much more relaxed. Do you know how much we hold within our mind that we don't even realize. It's like we have this constant heaviness, but when we finally get it written down on paper, it's like our minds can relax and finally let it go. Relieve your mind and your anxiety by trying out a "brain dump".
