Freezer Friendly Raspberry Jam

Are you looking for the perfect Raspberry Jam Recipe? Well look no further! This is great for beginners who don't have the proper tools, but do want to be a cute little housewife, making her own jam for family and friends, and special holiday occasions.
This jam tastes so naturally perfect, and can be frozen for special occasions like Thanksgiving, Christmas, or Easter. Make a nice batch now, and freeze the rest for up to one year! There is nothing better than the taste of fresh jam in the winter when fresh jam is hard to come by!

Raspberry Jam
Ingredients
Please be sure to use all ingredients exactly as listed. Do not try to alter or double/half this recipe.
- 4C of crushed raspberries (this turns out to be about 32 oz of whole raspberries)
- 3 1/2C granulated sugar
- 1.75oz pkg No Sugar Needed Fruit Pectin (Sure-Jell)
- 1C water
Instructions
1. Clean and dry your mason jars (cute customized mason jar in the photo can be found in my Etsy shop here :))
2. Crush raspberries until you have exactly 4C worth; set aside
3. In a saucepan, take 3 1/2C of sugar and mix with 1.75oz pectin
4. Add water and bring to a boil on medium-high heat
5. Boil for 1 minutes, stirring constantly
6. Remove from heat and stir in crushed raspberries for 1 minute
7. Pour into mason jars, leaving 1" of space at the top to allow for expansion
8. Cover with lids and let rest for 24 hours before freezing
9. Enjoy!
