Simple, yet perfect PIZZA PARTY!

This upcoming Saturday is National Pizza Day! So if you've been needing an excuse to throw a pizza party, here it is! Let's see what it takes to throw the perfect party!

Step 1

Gather friends & family before your kids get a chance to grow any bigger!

(Time goes way too fast, doesn't it?)

Send out an invite on Instagram or just shoot them a text invite.

Step 2

Grab your ingredients

Pizza dough (1 dough per 2 people, cut each dough in half for personalized pizzas)
Pizza Sauce
Pesto Sauce
Mozzarella cheese (sliced & shredded)
Goat cheese (if you're into being fancy)
Parmesan cheese (sprinkled on after baking!)
Ricotta cheese
Sausage
Pepperoni
Chicken (cooked in BBQ sauce)
Bacon
Bell peppers (cooked)
Onions (also cooked)
Mushrooms (cooked)
Roasted veggies (zucchini, squash, eggplant)
Sliced tomatoes
Olives
Pine nuts
Arugula (added as a finishing touch)
Fresh basil (finishing touch)

Step 3

Assemble your pizzas!

Grab some rolling pins (this one is my favorite if you're looking for a new one!) or use wine bottles if you don't have any. Be sure to sprinkle the counter with flour so the dough doesn't stick! Fold the edges over to make a crust and transfer to your pizza sheet before adding your toppings (otherwise you may find yourself in a messy situation trying to transfer a decked out pizza to the pizza tray). Remember, the cheese will expand and melt. You don't need to add as much cheese as you think.

Step 4

Eat up! Prepare a salad as a side and remember to grab tinfoil so that your guests are able to wrap up their leftovers and bring them home.
